Everything you need to know on holiday at the Waldheim

The room will be ready for you at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 4:00 p.m., please inform us.

Reservations are not binding until we have confirmed them by e-mail, or post and you have paid a deposit about 30% of the amout of the offer. The pre-payment is considered as a deposit, which is only refundable in case of cancellation up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the floor, location, or room number within a specific room category.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. It replaces the deposit.

Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €50 per room.
In case of a later cancellation, we will try to re-book the room. Should we not succeed in doing so, we will have to charge the following percentages as compensation on the total price:

- Cancellation 21 days before arrival 40%
- Cancellation 15 days before arrival 60%
- Cancellation 8 days before arrival 80%
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
- For non-arrival: 100% of the total amount of your stay

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card) and EC card. Cash payments are only possible up to €4,999, according to Italian legislation.

Your four-legged friends are also very welcome at our Hotel! You will have a great time with your dog.
At the hotel, we ask you, not to take your pet into the common areas and the garden.

We would also like to remind you that the responsibility for any property damage
or injury to persons is the responsibility of the owner of the dog.
On the other hand, we guarantee that the rooms where animals are accommodated with,
will be thoroughly cleaned for maximum hygiene.
